Si-14 AI Product Services: Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Si-14 ("Company", "us", "we", or "our") and you ("User", "you", or "your"). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the AI product services provided by Si-14, including education on AI products and services from Intermedia and Digi an AI companion (collectively, the "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Services.

2. Description of Services

Si-14 offers educational services to businesses on AI products and services, including but not limited to those provided by Intermedia and Digi, an AI companion. These services include training, workshops, consultations, and informational resources aimed at enhancing businesses' understanding and utilization of AI technologies.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services.

  • Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete information when accessing the Services.

  • Intellectual Property: Users must respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Services and related materials.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms for Si-14's services will be agreed upon separately between Si-14 and the User.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

6. Termination

Si-14 reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Si-14, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8. Changes to Terms

Si-14 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Si-14, LLC SMS Terms and Conditions

Introduction

By joining our SMS program provided by Si-14, LLC you agree to receive recurring text messages (notifications, updates, and reminders) on the number you provide, under these Terms that adhere to TCPA (2026) and CTIA Best Practices.

Opt-In Consent

In accordance with the 2026 TCPA guidelines, your participation in our SMS service requires explicit one-to-one consent. This means that by opting in, you consent to receive messages from Si-14, LLC. Consent cannot be shared with other companies or third-party entities without your direct approval.


To join our SMS program, you may opt in through the following methods, in compliance with the 2026 CTIA Guidelines:

E-mail Opt-In: Provide consent by replying to an email or completing an electronically signed document that includes clear SMS consent language.

  1. Message Frequency
    You will receive no more than 3-5 messages per day, unless for urgent notifications. Standard carrier rates apply.

  2. Opt-Out Process
    Reply “STOP” any time to end messages; “HELP” to receive support instructions; or contact Add Your Support Email / Add Your Support Phone Number.

  3. Terms of Consent
    Your consent is voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You may receive informational messages as described at opt-in.
